Found this post from a blazers fan who met Clyde Drexler after the game on realgm:

Ever loyal to the Rockets, Drexler is clearly trying to jinx the Blazers.

I'm sure Clyde would have used "we" to refer to the rockets if he was in Houston talking to a Rockets fan...seems like he's just trying to be nice. Such are the privileges of being a legend in two cities.

Clyde said in the pregame show things like:

I grew up watching the Rockets.
I love Houston, but Portland adopted me.
    I can't lose either way.

He just likes to appease both sides, but I'm still surprised at the way he said it..

Maybe he was being nice...but he has been very loyal to the Rockets though. Not only is he our semi-biased commentator, but he wore our colors to the hall of fame induction, right? Seems like the comment may have been misinterpreted or fabricated.

Understandable, he meant a lot to portland and spent most of his time there, like he said he can't lose no matter what the outcome. We've both retired his jersey, he has a championship with us but I think he's more of a hero to them.

I think we all know how to take Clyde's "analysis." "We just couldn't find our rhythm, uh heh huh heh huh"

Im surprised Clyde didnt say something in the lines of "Roy can flat out play so I wouldnt be too surprised if the Blazers clubbed the living seals out of the Rockets in the next game"

Some people probably really do want Clyde fired over what some message board post says even though there is no real proof of this happening.

Even if he did say it, oh well not a big deal.

Marklar, these marklars want to change your marklar. They don't want this Marklar or any of his marklars to live here because it's bad for their marklar. They use Marklar to try and force marklars to believe their marklar. If you let them stay here, they will build marklars and marklars. They will take all your marklars and replace them with their marklar. These marklars have no good marklar to live on Marklar, so they must come here to Marklar. Please, let these marklars stay where they can grow and prosper without any marklars, marklars, or marklars.
