Because if Bosh + Wade + THE GREATEST PLAYER ON THE PLANET wasn't enough to win a ring, then Bosh + Wade + Luol Deng (or whoever) isn't going to do it. Seriously, if LeBron James isn't enough to make it work, then the formula is broken. That's a recipe for constant 1st/2nd-round exits and the mediocrity treadmill.
Just a die hard Rockets fan who happens to be very very well informed. That is all. Believe me or not, up to you.
I agree. In my opinion, this is pretty much a done deal, with some tinkering still to be done around the margins.
I wasn't at first, but now I am growing concerned. I had hoped he would of said thanks it has been a great 4 years, but I want to win.
Bro he has family, new house, getting paid more there, has 2 rings already, he's 30, winning is not a big concern at this point.... With Howard it was a different story If he moves to Houston he really wanted to win more rings, thought it was a wrap but didn't see that 5yr MAX coming.
Maybe I'm being delusional, but I still have a hard time believing we executed the Lin trade if we didn't have a Bosh agreement in place. Shrug.
Let's do this already! Come on Mr. Reptilian, the Rockets will create a Jurassic Park so that you can run free.
We still don't know who else has to be moved to fit Bosh's salary. So Morey could be making those moves now.

OMG YES!!! Everybody here is in full panic mode when Woj says something like he has never been wrong before. The truth is Miami did offer Bosh a contract at 5 years at max, and then reported it to Adrian. The Heat leaked that info to have some negotiation power with Houston. Morey knows what he is doing. Please trust him. He would not trade Lin if he didn't feel like Bosh was already here.
If you think about it, he already chose Winning over money! When the off-season initially started, he preferred to stay with Lebron in Miami on a PAYCUT over the Rockets MAX offer!
Agreed, but they'd surely get some depth to go along with those three and still be competitive. Just because they aren't a surefire Finals team doesn't mean they should just blow it up. Otherwise we'd have been blowing it up for years.
