After being traded to the Bucks last year, Adrien was given run after Ilyasova was ruled out finally due to injury. He played 28 games for them (starting 12) and averaged 25 minutes. In that time he put up: 11 points 52% shooting from the floor 8 rebounds 1 block 1 turnover 1 assist As a starter he averaged 13 points and 9 rebounds. His per 36 minutes were 15.6 points and 11 rebounds. I definitely like this signing for the minimum. Chance he can be a contributor.
I'm not upset at either of today's signings. Bev/Dwight/Ariza/Gee/Adrien/Dorsey/Johnson have something in common, and I approve.
If Covington is really struggling that bad, maybe Adrien was signed to play backup SF...and Covington starts out back in Rio Grande???
we know we can score and plenty of us were angry that we were not very good defensively, we have changed that with some solid defensive signings in the off season
And to think we were laughing at the Mavs last week for signing Richard Jefferson and Greg Smith....geez I'd rather have signed them than Adrien and Dorsey.
Terrific, instead of overpaying a guy, you can be satisfied that the likes of ADrien and Dorsey are performing up to salary!!
Dude, he played for the BUCKS and they were trying to tank all the way to the bottom. Let me give you another example. For the last month or so, the Bucks played Remon Sessions like the end of the world and he was averaging 40 mins plus per game. There were 2 games the Bucks played the Heat during that stretch, and in both games, the Bucks got blown out and lost by 20 pts plus, and ? Sessions played 41 minutes and 45 minutes in those 2 games.
