I’m been wondering this — where else would Durant sign next year? Whoever trades for him will have his bird rights. I just don’t see him turning down 2/120. Seems like an idle threat.

Because you don’t want a player of his caliber being disgruntled. The player holds a ton of power and can pout, complain, be disinterested, etc. It screws with your season. Time and again, we have seen that star level players can complain their way out of town.

    Jalen is not the answer.

He was not a good scorer in the past 4 seasons. He did not have any season that FG% is better than 43%. He won't become an elite scorer with high efficiency.

The league or whoever gives him that much power, yes he can still score 27 in regular competition but if we treated him like a 37 year old should be treated, it would not look this way.

That is the real reason I want the LBJ Durant Curry and to a smaller degree Harden thing to end......but yeah.

There is no US class that good coming up......it's all Internationals until AJ Dybantsa (maybe).

That's of course absurd, no one agrees with that except Jaters. This is not NBA2K, you're literally missing half of all the basketball being played (defense) and you're measuring offense like a 12 year old.

Ime offense is the biggest reason I’m ok with getting Durant. Because Ime doesn’t know how to run An offense or develop our players to be the best offensive player they can be. Sengun, Tari, Jalen Jabari, Cam have all shown no improvement on offense.

Jabari agent should be pushing for Jabari to be involved in the trade. Because even though Im probably Jabari’s biggest critic, he’s underutilized and underwhelming under Ime. All my friend and coworkers kept asking me during the warriors series why yall don’t gett Jabari more involved. I said because our coach doesn’t know how to. Right now every prospect we have is on schedule to be paid less the rookie designated max. That means non end them reached their rookie ceiling. We’ll see how Amen turns out but I’m on the wait and see train.

Jabari could be as good and effective as Nas Reid Nas Reid has average handles too and he’s an even worst passer than Jabari but Chris finch offense gets the most out of his production

LOL. Of course no shooting stats matter when talking about Jalen. Typical BS.

The rockets don't play positions. Amen is guarding the other teams best player and plays whatever position you want and everyone else falls in line.

With the exception of PG and C since those guys really can't switch much.

We can always play zone or we can put Amen at point. Like we have soo many options. With our depth.

    So we gave up shooting?

I guess Jalen isn’t great and Amen smart enough not to shoot, but I thought the idea was to get more shooters?

I still think Amen leads team in minutes off the bench playing 36 a night... backs up FVV and Jabari...

I would prefer Cam or Reed starting I think... cool with open competition...

Wait how do we get one of the top 3 NBA shooters of all time, and give up shooting?
