keep in mind that because of the way bittorrent works, it sometimes take sa little time to get up to full functional speed...it will start out slow, and as long as oyu leave it running, it gradually gets faster and faster.

the link works...just that the tracker is offline at the moment...server side issues. try back in a couple of hours.

Why not? It's only $170 and if you are a Rockets fan, you just have to get it.;)

    Rockets2K...

Thanks man...this is heavily appreciated...I was going to buy a TiVo, but Since Torrents have become so accesible for nearly everything, I have been on them for like 6 months...

    I love Torrents...

I hope you do this at least for the homegames, because I'm at the toyota center during the main home games...

I know i'm gonna sound stupid here but I need to ask, can anyone care to tell me what is "torrent" and how can I began to use them or where can I down-load the program? I would love to watch the old Rocket's games but I only uses Window Media player as well as Real player. I'm not too familiar with torrent.

Read this: 35% of net traffic is BT

and for everyone asking about BT, go here: http://www.google.com and start searching... I don't think anyone here is going to walk anyone through setting up and configuring BT... do some dang research. Google and the Internet are your friends, USE THEM!! ... and if BT is too difficult to use, then don't use it...

Okay, I know how to use torrents, but the tinyurl links aren't working for me. What's going on? I wanna watch my Rockets! That's the downside of going to college in Spurs Country, I guess.

Oh yeah anyone know how to copy a clip to a picture from Real Media cuase i have the game that was torented and i thought i could pause a part of it then do a print screen and go to a graphics program and paste it but the video part shows up black.

What's a good program to get a snippet of it that i want to turn into a picture cause it's cool i can see myself in the video of the game when i was courtside.

Stack, use TMPGEnc Plus 2.5. (Google it, it's a free program)

I'm at work I don't have the program in front of me
    but from memory open TMPGenc

load the video at the bottom where it says video source.
then go to settings button to the right, click on it
    then on the settings window

    hit advanced tab

then you should see the " source range" option
    double click on source range

you should then see the video where you could scroll though every frame of the video (use the slider below the video).

when you see the video frame you want, right click on the frame you want, you should see a menu option

all the way at the bottom of the menu click on copy to clipboard

then open up Microsoft Paint or whatever graphics program you are using and the frame you selected could then be pasted on.

    You know the rest

    Hope that helps
