The section me and my girl were sitting at was amazing. One section away from rowdies. Everyone was standing up and cheering. My girls brother was in 102 and he got told to sit down a bunch of times by people behind him becuase he was standing after each made shot and cheering. They threw stuff at him and even went as far as reporting him to the ushers. The ushers just told him to try not to stand on every play and let him do it again. I don't understand those fans that come to a playoff game and refuse to get into it and will only sit in their seats the whole game.
oh those were good seats. you were three sections away from us. i can't stand the non cheering BS. i expect this in the lower level/club, but not up in the 400s.
There's no doubt the crowd was excellent. It's hard to compare to Toronto since they did have a shirt giveaway (which ended up matching the opposing team's jerseys). I wouldn't mind seeing the crowd absolutely decked, 100% red, even though that is tough to pull.
To my suprise, the stadium was not pack as I thought it would. There was alot of empty sits still, at least at the bottom section. And I say about 80% of the people wore their reds.
