The other teams are starting to go small and quick against Houston. They may not win but give them better chance than traditional lineups.
It's not the rockets that are exposed but Mike D . This dude has had opportunities to integrate 9-11 men and hasn't taken it. He goes small too often as a crutch and we are not athletic enough going small to match up with all teams . We have one of the best center rotations in the league , but when's the last time we've gone with Clint/nene/tarick for the full 48 ? Our backup guards aren't great , in fact they suck . But , we won't know how they develop if we never play them .
I think ne and tarick are fine . Last year we played Ne and Harrell at backup center and look how well it worked. Harell had several great games . For whatever reason , instead of letting black play that role ; Mike has decided to go with Anderson and played small ball . This hurts us when Luc is out and makes PJ and Ariza play more
MDA lost us the game because he didn't manage the PT better. That being said, Tarik was terrible and Ryno had no business playing this game. And Nene was good but he's clearly getting older. We need a decent backup center. Ryno + Tarik is not gonna cut it, and Nene is hard to depend on.
I disagree; I think it was tall, lanky guys that gave us problems against Utah and Portland. Against LA, there were times when we didn't have anyone on the floor as long as Ingram and Randle. Losing Capela destroyed an entire element of our offense - going over the top. Our defense has just been a lack of effort. We have looked lazy and entitled in the first halves of the past several games, but how much of that is due to fatigue and short rotations?
I wouldn't call the Warriors exposed if they were missing Green, Curry, and Iggy. Might be wrong but I think ‘injured’ is a more accurate term...
Injuries are a concern but who cares about the loss. Winning 10 straight is quite a feat, more than that is just a bonus. Best record in the league and were talking about being exposed lol...
Yes lol.....ha ha what a blast losing to the Lakers and Clippers with Ryan F#%^ing Anderson playing center for two games. Can’t wait to see how Ryno and old man Nene hang with OKC on Sunday. If not for EG’s heroics we should be talking about a three game losing streak to suckwad teams.
Three of our best defenders are sitting on the sidelines Two of our better Offensive players are sitting on the sidelines name me a team that can sit 3 of their top defenders( on the team) and 2 of their top offensive players and still win? Name me the team Rocket River
Yes Sir. So far there seems to be complacency on their part to address the bench problems. Less talk, more action is needed.
