Rockets have early interest in David Roddy.

    That is GREAT news.

If you like Banchero then you'll like this player too.

Isn’t Roddy more of a fringe 1st/2nd round guy? Seems like he’d be a reach at 17.

Roddy is definitely a second rounder.

May sneak into 1st but I doubt it.

May mean Rockets trade down from #17 or scouting potential UDFA or looking to purchase a SRP (e.g. KJ Martin).

Not if you think he as good as Banchero.

    Right @D-rock?

I am hoping we get a really good look at Sharpe & Kendall Brown

Correction, I think their production and skills stack up.

I have never said that Roddy is as talented as Banchero.

Banchero is clearly a top 3 talent.

I don't like Banchero lol. I rank Ivey higher than him.

Roddy looks like an interesting early 2nd pick, does he project as a rotation player on a playoff caliber team? If their guys are gone at 17 I wouldn’t be mad about trading down for a future first.

@D-rock knows how to spot talent, we went thought this last year when he was shouting for Mobley.

Biggest interest in this draft (imo) is not seeing where Banchero, Chet, Ivey go......it's always
been where or who will pick up David Roddy.

Just don't want it to be Houston

yes, but just because we have the #17 right now doesn’t mean we’ll keep the pick or not have a late 1st/early 2nd rounder before this is all over ;)

Wonder if any Rockets will help work out any of draft prospects.

Rockets really need to schedule workout with Eason.

Not sure why they move so slowly with these scheduled workouts.
