Pops went off, no doubt, but I would still rather have Dorsey over Barry, or even Cook. Just b/c Pops makes it to the 15, does not preclude Dorsey making it.

Still not sure that Pops can handle big minutes at center, especially if Hayes goes down.

If anything, I hope the Rockets at least trade him, get someTHING for him.

I know this sounds contradictory to my desire to see youth playing, but I was wondering if Jarron Collins has anything left in the tank. I know the Jazz cut him and he is trying out for the Blazers, but if Pops or Dorsey can't cut at the 5,can he be of some use provided if he doesn't make it with the Blazers?

stop-gap veterans are almost never on Morey's radar and GM strategy.

part of his GM strategy which makes him so good as GM..

I know that is not his strategy,I was asking if Collins could help out more than a Pops or not? I'm not saying that he should be on the team, because I'm not sure.

Collins might be better due to his defense and experience etc, but I still would say no to him being to able to help more....because I believe Pops or Joey are much more athletic and so would suit our up-tempo system more effectively
