So how does a injury plagued roster, with Terrence Williams, exactly fall on Adelman?

Adelman had 2 seasons before he lost Yao and Tmac. Then he coached a shitty team for a long time which was regrettable.

The 2nd round youre talking about was also the LAL series where we were the only team to take them to a 7 game series. Had it not been for Yao getting injured we would've basically been good enough for a chip.

Adelman was probably the best coach we have had in terms of in game adjustments proceeding Rudy T.

Moreyball is the way of Houston. He tells the coach what he wants stylistically and if the coach refuses then half his staff gets replaced. That is what Morey can do.

The biggest joke is a man who does not play basketball tell basketball players how to play.

    This is ****ing stupid.

Could if he wanted? Probably. That's not how it happens though. Talk about conspiracy. Stylistically? Really?

Let it go that was pre-2012 Adelman was obviously on his way out even if he didn't know it. Let it go. He probably has gotten over it by now. That's all on MDA who don't have any other game plan other than shooting contested three's. This team looked too slow or a small ball 7 seconds or less team, never not once did they look like the Phoenix Suns with Nash. It's the coaches job to be familiar with these things it's not 1990. Every team has the stats for every teams championship and how it was accomplished. Morey didn't make these things up he's just good at it. We are not doing anything any other team is not doing despite what they claim. Every team has a Analytic Team for the franchise. It's the coach. You are mad at the coach for sucking.

He doesn't tell them how to play. He tells them usually "when we win, this is how it's done". It's up to the players to play and Morey find the players to maximize Harden's talents. Is Morey suppose to coach or play point guard too? This franchise has a team captain on the floor. If Harden is happy as is cashing his check, what is Morey to do?

You guys act like Morey is out there on the bench like Carrol Dawson used to be, damn near coaching. You haven't seen a GM tell them how to play like you think you have or are claiming.

You had never heard of Nick Nurse or Eric Spoelstra or even Jeff Van Gundy before they were hired/promoted to be head coaches. Just because they aren't names you're familiar with doesn't mean they aren't going to be good coaches in the NBA.

Agree with your thoughts....but this is a different situation where you have a power hungry GM and a cheap arse owner, along with two prima donna divas. It absolutely needs a strong veteran captain to run this ship!!! These scrubs (and now add John Lucas to the list) will get taken to the cleaners.

Those rookie or new coaches need at least couple years to get themselves going.

Needless to say it does not play into Harden's aging hands.

Someone like Suns' Monty Williams, isn't too old and has experience would be ideal.

Rockets got as far as there roster got them. Okc had a good bench, all around roster, but rockets have 2 great players surrounded by a terrible bench. It even out in houston favor. Rockets team is not deep enough, they should try to trade westbrook to team needing major scoring, maybe try to snatch back 3 players around harden for depth. Maybe get someone to sign here for cheap, if your going to keep harden. I dont know if you can win with 2 big max players and no bench. If You switch okc team with paul<->harden may have done something with that team vs lakers..
