At least bonzi could show up to practice and bust his butt and come to the games and cheer - then i'd be impressed.

Bonzi isn't being a sport - he quit.

I don't know what the deal is with Bonzi but we can definitely use him in the playoffs. I doubt if he'll be a Rockets next year but he's definitely not boosting his stock any.

I don't care what you say about his stock.

This is the only stupid organization in the entire NBA that would not give a player like Bonzi Wells playing time. It has nothing to do with him being a headcase.

Rick Adelman got production out of the guy. Only in HOU with assistant coach gundy does players offensive production go from valuable to nothing at all.

No other team would get a player like this cheap and sit him for half the season. This is a strange team, and by that no wonder Bonzi gives these strange answers.

With that, his answers are so funny simply because it seems like someone put some hocus pocus on him.

He won the Eastern Confrence championship coming out of 8th seed. I'm sure he's won a couple of division titles too.

Ok... its a technicality, but how many coaches actually HAVE won a championship? And how many of those coaches are available to coach right now? None? Really? I'll stick with JVG then.

Maybe he realizes that with his poor showing this year, the appearance of a good attitude is about all he has to bring to the bargaining table next year.
Am I alone here, or do his words sound like some 3rd world hostage video?

Is bonzi activated? because the rockets website doesn't show Bonzi on the injury report anymore like it has before.

G Bob Sura (knee/back) is out and G Tracy McGrady (stiff back) is questionable for the Rockets; F Zach Randolph (hand), F LaMarcus Aldridge (rapid heartbeat), F Darius Miles (knee) and C Joel Pryzbilla (knee) are out for the Blazers.

WELL, if it makes everyone feel better just listen to this...

ROCKETS NOTES: Wells on his mind

With the Rockets struggling for much of the past two weeks, going 3-3 since their five-game winning streak, coach Jeff Van Gundy said he is considering changes to his playing rotation, including the option of removing Bonzi Wells from the inactive list.
Van Gundy said he is always weighing options and has changed his mind often this season.

Wells has been inactive for the past 18 games since suffering a sore foot, though he has been healthy for several weeks.

"I really, truly am thinking about it," Van Gundy said. "All I'll say is I continue to evaluate what's best for us.

"I have not been happy with our play the last two weeks. I know what gets you beat."

Bonzi has been around the league for quite a while. He's a veteran and he knows how to speak appropriately. FREE HIM!!!!!!!!
