I really hope to see a healthy and fit Francis again and would like see him play at least for another year to prove he STILL GOT IT. He was injured this year and even with injury, he continued to play quite impressively in a few games before he got worse after landing on this tail bone.

Well I hope he can get his lift back. I'm sure everybody is hoping he can get his lift back. Maybe he should work out with the guy who got Landry an extra 4 inches on his vertical. Anyways, remember this gem from T-Mac about Francis? I hope this is all erased next year.

"He's not the player that he once was, because he's slowed down, he's aged," said Tracy McGrady, who has two years more NBA experience than Francis.

McGrady, 28, who wears the captain's "C" for this team, didn't mean to be derogatory with the comment, but clearly some players don't see Francis as having the explosiveness he once had.

    or

For a while, though, it looked like he couldn't get lift when he wanted to, or needed to.

Well it is entirely possible that he wasn't healthy on the leg from the beginning.

I think we will all be able to tell in the preseason if he's going to be a help. You have to root for the guy to be able to come back and be useful though.

This year will be the year if he decides to retire or not. If he can stay healthy and produce efficiently he will have more pro bball years ahead of him. but if he still plague by the injuries I think it is best for him to retire. I really hope he can bring the excitement and makes the fans stay the whole game.

Remember how Francis would ally-opp to Calvin Cato!?!? NOW!!! Francis to Carl Landry!!! Francis is a good passer. He can find the right guy to finish at the hole. When he is pushing the ball hard to the goal( something skip needs to do).. He can suck in the D’ and pass it off for the easy bucket. I still think he can bring something…. If not, move on…
