So barring trade or other signings, looks like it's between Strawberry and Wafer..........or we could just send Head to Siberia and keep them both

I really hope we deal Head. The more I think about it, the more it makes sense. I'd rather have Strawberry and Wafer learning in camp than Head being on the roster unable to do anything that Brent Barry can't do. Sure, Barry is older, but I think we all know that Head won't be around for more than another year.

Plus, having Wafer and Strawberry allows us to evaluate them all the way till All Star break when we'll probably make a decision on Deke. Cutting one of them would be easier.

Can we get a 2nd rounder out of Head? Morey is good at picking in the 2nd round.

 

But guys, Head is showing real progress during training camp...cutting and what not.

 

Trade Head, cut Strawberry and Wafer, sign Mutombo. Done.

 

Keep Head, waive Wafer and Strawberry and Sign Mutombo.

 

Trade Head and Hayes, and give some of that money to Deke.
