Actually Yao does have his own trainer as well.

Former Rockets strength and conditioning coach Falsone is Yao's personal trainer, while Macha visits him just to monitor his progress.

T-Mac should just focus on his back. Don't add weight, don't lose weight, we know you can go for 48... Just get your back healthy.

Actually, it was speculated that T-Mac's back problems were partly due to overworking himself in the summer and adding some weight maybe. Perhaps he would have been better off with Macha or a personal trainer if he was working on his own.

Either way.... We heard T-mac's back is better. I'm sure Yao will be in tip top shape once training camp arrives courtesy of Falsone being up his ass, and him playing some internationals (which only last 40 minutes each) as well. The rest of the crew seem to be working hard. I like the way things are coming together. We may be a mentally and physically pumped up team once the season rolls around. I'm extremely confident we will surprise a bunch of teams because:

    1) We will be in great shape physically.
    2) A lot of players emerged with valuable experience from last season.
    3) This is by far the best team we've surrounded our stars with.

It's looking good. I'm especially excited to see how Hayes is going to play if he's dropped some bodyfat and made it up with muscle. He was already a decent defender, and this could help him improve in that area.

Luther Head as well. Damn, I can't wait for the season to begin.

well no ones disputing that.. its just untrue to say david macha does not or never works with yao or tmac.. yao and tmac may have their own presonal trainers but that does not mean team's official trainer cannot work with them..
