rofl. That excerpt about Parson and his floater is hilarious. Very down to earth guy. Hope he keeps it up and doesn't ask for an arm and leg when his rookie contracts runs out, although he's probably going to look to recoup some of that money on his piss poor contract, plus Fegan never gives deals.

Ever since I saw him mock Lin's facial expressions in an interview he became my favorite Rocket! Good read, too.

Awesome. We're lucky to have him. I hope we can keep him here for the rest of his career .

That's a douche thing to say - it was an oversight, not a deliberate attempt to be a douche unlike your comment.

Parsons has surpassed Cuttino Mobley as my favorite rocket that wasn't from a finals team.

Another great fighting adversity story. Parsons, Lin, Bev are inspirational stories. It's good to see them blossoming on the Rockets.

Parsons is from a finals team. The Rockets made it to the finals in 2014, 2015, and 2016.

Yea Parsons is my fav rocket, he's on Landry level right now and I didn't think anybody could get there after we traded him.

If you post an entire article (which you shouldn't do in the first place) and don't link to it, you should get called out for it. Sorry if your feelings got hurt.

ironically, it was that game against Orlando, during the first week of the season, in which dwight howard was giving it to us that we saw glimpses of the greatness that was about to come.

"At the end of the day I’m a basketball player. I want to win. I want to be an All-Star. I want to be a champion.”

That says it all, right there.

General Manager Daryl Morey’s tongue-in-cheek pre-draft analysis of Parsons in retrospect: “The key to us drafting him was we thought based on the pre-draft interview that one day Dwight Howard would want to play with him. You can’t pass up that kind of value with the 38th pick.”

Did he really so that? If so...what a great nugget, 2 years later. Morey with the ultimate foresight. Ha. :p
