Lowry isn't the greatest defender in the league, but he can usually hold his own against most PGs.

But I wasn't saying we should start that group. I was just saying that usually when we have that group on the floor, they are pretty successful... especially last night.

The Grizzlies blew it by trading Lowry to keep Conley. I understand Conley is still very young but I don't see him getting "it".

Not only can Lowery, dribble and push the ball just fine, he has leadership qualities that even most pg's don't have.

He needs to spend a bit of time on his free throws. That or throwing his body around before the foul really jars up his form.

The grizzlies in part traded lowry because of lowry's leadership qualities, he was actually becoming a locker room leader, and that did not bode well for conley's confidence so they traded him.

Kyle Lowry is undoubtedly one of the most important 6th men in the league. The way he balances out our point guard play is awesome. Its quite a luxury to have a player of Brooks caliber start and a player of Lowry's caliber to come off the bench.

Just read an espn insider piece by Hollinger about the biggest dissappointmens of the season. It talks about Conley.

"Under the radar, however, is the issue of Conley's play for 1-8 Memphis. His game appeared to take off down the stretch a season ago following Lionel Hollins' promotion to head coach, but Conley has regressed mightily so far this season.

Perhaps it's the specter of Iverson's shadow hanging over him, or perhaps last season was a mirage. Whatever the cause, Conley's output has been awful -- he's shooting 37.7 percent with a sky-high turnover rate, and his 8.22 PER is the worst of any point guard not named Duhon playing 30 or more minutes a game. We know Iverson isn't "The Answer" for Memphis at the point, but the ongoing question in Memphis is whether Conley can be. It's his third season, and he's yet to establish himself as a long-term solution."

Good Job again to Morey! Finding treasures in your local neighborhood NBA garbage bin.

Goes to show, one man's trash is truly another man's Treasure.

Brooks cant score, and when you are playing on a team that's missing 2 star players, it doesn't really matter.

I hate to say, but Lowry is playing better than Brooks. Lowry, Landry, and Chase win the game for us right now. We lose the game if one of them is not playing well.

oops, I meant he can score that's why he's on the starting lineup despite having a very low IQ.
