Rockets.com: Fans Invited to Press Conference Wednesday!!!

I'll be there, though I haven't decided what to wear. I'm thinking about wearing my retro Steve jersey, since without him, we wouldn't be having this press conference. Plus, what the heck am I supposed to do with it now? Add it to the Barkley, Hakeem, Drexler, Elie, Horry and Cassell stack I guess.

I believe ESPN news will carry a portion of it. They usually do that when it's a big event and this one seriously qualifies.

 

i hope so!! yeah, this is a BIG one, but you know how espn is, they are the lakers bi@tches. anyways, I REALLY HOPE SO!

 

I really hope that since the lakers are going to crap, they will have to pick new teams to ride their balls and hopefully the rockets will get some love now that they have a player like McGrady to run along side with Yao.

Im pretty sure that before the season starts there will be so much talk about the new look rockets and believe me there shuold be more to come with new aquisitions that we should have by the begining of the season.

We are a completly different team right now and we have a lot of expectations and a lot of eyes will be watching not only us but the Magic as well.

I doubt it will take that long at all. The marketing department knows how much money is going to be made off of these jerseys, so they will be made asap and put on the market.

I doubt they want to loose any of the Hype that they have now and know they need to get the jerseys out right now.

Go ahead and do a search on ebay for Mcgrady and Rockets and boom there already places that are pre selling them.

 

some one please make the video of the entire conference or at least as much as you can get possible available online for us people outside of houston i made another thread about it already but chances are it will get lost in the flurry of the threads being posted right now so i will plead my case again in the sticky

You won't believe this guys, but I'm in a small university town called Ile-Ife in Nigeria. I'm Nigerian, and as a die-hard Rockets fan, stretching back to the Olajuwon years, I'm just as excited about what is going on as those of you over there. I've been having sleepless nights too, just hoping this would happen.
