    I wonder if Yao gonna be there to welcome T-Mac... it would be nice if he does. =)

    It would be cool to work up some chant or cheer for each player. I mean, c'mon, when is the last time Lue or Gaines have had a crowd to see them sign with a team? Let's give all of them some love.

    sucks I live in LA and I cant be there, but I wil be in spirit thats for damn sure

    anyone know if the rockets will have Yao there too since isnt he in texas right now for the china nt training? man it would downright be a sexy party if yao showed up there with tmac. a downright sexy party

    i envy those who will be there, the least you can do is bring back and post the best pictures possible or record the whole thing and make it available to out of towners like myself

    we can get in at 4:30, but does anyone know what time does the press conference actually starts? I'd be lucky to get there and in the bldg by 5:30 from Katy

    Press release sent out by the Rockets says the annoucement will be at 5pm...which really means 5:20pm, if we're lucky.

    Glad to hear people like the idea of the open press conference -- hope to see as many of you out there tomorrow as possible.

    Cameras will be allowed, but please understand that this will be a working press conference -- our first priority will be making sure the media get the material they need to get. We'll be leaving enough working room between the fans and the subjects of the press conference to all the media to do their work.

    It'll be fun for everyone to get a chance to see Tracy's first appearance as a Rocket live and in person, though, instead of only on TV. We want to make him feel welcome -- I'm sure you won't disappoint.
