Sorry if this was posted. Apparently Brad Miller is an off-season target.

 

I see it as extremely unlikely that Scola goes elsewhere. I wouldn't be surprised if he signs here without even considering going elsewhere. But even then, why would another team even really consider Scola and option. Any team over the cap can only offer the MLE, and you'd have to believe we'd match that...unless it was a 5 year deal or something. If the other team is over the cap, then you look at Bosh, Stoudamire, Boozer, Lee and probably another player or two I'm not thinking of before you look at Scola.

Personally, I get the feeling that the volume of FAs and the economic conditions so going to mean alot of players are going to go for cheaper then they normally would go.

 

Miller could be that defensive minded big that Morey will covet this offseason. LOL.
All kidding aside, Miller would be a nice pickup if they could somehow move Andersons contract.

 

Morey Must get a elite frontcourt player this offseason, because this is arguably the best free agent class ever!

 

Defense = Championships.

I understand that the foot of Yao is still causing pain. Does anyone have any info about this as it could negatively alter the future picture of the Rockets?
