Hey guys, thought I would update you on some interesting info. The guy who does all the updates for Rockets.com actually video taped the draft war room DURING THE GRIFFIN TRADE. It was a full 11 minutes of video. Unfortunately, they are having some server problems which is why it isn't up yet. Apparently, he was going to put up video from the press conference today as well. Did Rudy say Les was on the Phone talking to Seattle about moving up 1 for are #13 and #18 or #23!?! That would have been retarted!!! Could of Seattle of picked Rad Man because they knew we wanted him at #13? They were blown away with that Richardson pick to GS,and like me they couldnt believe Griffin had droped so far. I especially like the interview with Rudy. The part where one reporter asks him how girffin might compliment Mo and Rudy responds that he doesn't want to get into trouble talking about free agents. So a second quick thinking reporter says "how would he fit in with last years team?" Rudy smiles and says "I like that" in response to the wording and answers "very well, very well." ------------------
Was it just me or did Rudy seem a little out of it? I am not trying to insinuate anything, but when Cleveland selected Diop, everyone cheered but him, and he said, "Is that good?" I don't know, it just seemed unusual. ------------------ I would rather have Mo Taylor and his love of the Rockets than Webber and his love of our money. Rocket's need power forward. Mo near now.
