Laker had equal or better momentum up to the point of the ejection. i think they would’ve won if he doesn’t get ejected. It definitely would’ve been a more competitive conclusion

Players get paid to play 82 games and there should be no changes to the rotation. Fans don’t pay good money to see Jock, Tate, and the other backups. Only guy we should be resting is FVV because he is old and has a legitimate bum ankle.

Rest players, we don’t need injuries in meaningless games.

What's the magic number to clinch the 4th best record in the league over the Knicks?

Let's make it the Reed Sheppard and Cam Whitmore show for the final games and see if they have what it takes to earn some minutes in the playoffs.

    1. Rockets are a division champ, and H2H tiebreaker is even.

Time to rest guys and give Cam and Reed 40 minutes each.

I would have the starters play 20-25 minutes. No reason to have them play meaningful minutes. More than likely they are play the Timberwolves or Denver with the strength of their schedules. You want full force with either of those. Cam and Reed should be playing 35 minutes a piece. If anything you put them out for possible trade bait in the off-season for the right offer.

Fine balance. Can't go into the playoffs rusty. I'd aim to win the first half of each game and then coast it in. Plus they still get a few more days of rest during the play-in tournament.

    That graphic is 100% correct

See where it says "Monday" at the top?

That feeling changes when Amen or Sengun or Jalen roll and ankle and have to be in a boot for 3 weeks in a game that has no implications in the standings a week before the playoffs.

Agreed, if we beat the Lakers, we may push them to the 4th or 5th seed so that they play OKC in the 2nd round.

The irony of it all is that....Anthony Davis is a bad matchup for the Lakers lol.

Yes. Did you see the part where i said they used that graphic yesterday while talking about the Lakers still having a shot at the 2 seed after they had already lost to the Thunder?

I never said the graphic was incorrect. I said they were incorrect. Using that graphic is probably WHY they were confused.

If the Rockets beat the Lakers, they may have to lose the Clippers and Nuggets games in order to help push the Lakers down to 4th or 5th.

It's crazy how much influence we could have over the standings the next few days.

We’ve got to be real careful how we navigate the remainder of the season. Jaylen Wells on the Grizzlies just got taken out by a dirty play and will miss the rest of the season. I don’t want any of the starters + Tari, Bari, Adams playing any more than 20 minutes a game.
