We even allowed him to go to the Knicks in the first place. He asked for a sign and trade and we complied (for 2 second round picks though:grin
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>So the <a href="https://twitter.com/HoustonRockets">@HoustonRockets</a> just followed <a href="https://twitter.com/MarcusCamby23">@MarcusCamby23</a>. If who the Rockets follow on Twitter is any indication of who we sign, then I think Daniel Tosh will make a great 6th man.
Considering the only NBA players the Rockets follow are Rockets, then I think Marcus Camby will make a great bench big.
LeBron, Durant, and Griffin are Rockets?! News to me! In all seriousness, yeah cats in the bag with Camby. He's a Rocket once again!
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p><a href="https://twitter.com/awexler">@awexler</a> Oh, you mean like when the <a href="https://twitter.com/HoustonRockets">@HoustonRockets</a> started following Glen Davis and Chris Duhon last summer? <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23couldbejumpingthegun&src=hash">#couldbejumpingthegun</a></p>— David Weiner (@BimaThug) <a href="https://twitter.com/BimaThug/statuses/359131457966452738">July 22, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Because he wants to be back with the Rockets, and everybody under the sun knows it's the most logical landing spot for him? What do I win, Pat?
A lifetime supply of JiffyTime Popcorn....and, behind the screen....wait for it....A VACATION TO GREECE! Yes, Greece. You'll see where democracy was born, visit the Parthenon, shake hands with Vasillis Spanoulis, the Greek Tracy McGrady...
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>Heat, Rockets, Bulls finalists for Camby. Would it be possible for Camby to play the stretch 4 on offense with Dwight and take the easier defensive assignment on defense? Unlike our other offensive options at the 4, Camby actually has a decent jumper.
He don't need to meet with teams. If he wants a ring, go to Miami. If he wants to be close to home, go to Houston.
Yeah nice contrived "bidding war" buildup, or "deciding on MY terms" approach. Its worked maybe, he squeezed out $12 mil last time. But those leverage days are probably done, Cambo.
