Awesome news. The multi-year deal seems to me like they're gonna give him a contract similar to Parsons...basically an X year deal for 1st rounder money then a team option for 1 or 2 years more. Smith is only 21 years old, its gonna take 1 or 2 years for him to show his stuff. People complaining about the Rox passing on De andre Jordan and not taking prospects in the draft? Here's De Andre 2.0, hopefully with more passion and bball IQ.

No, Parsons contract is guaranteed. This is the usual unguaranteed deal/s for next season they seem to do every season.

Cousins is a second year player, he hasn't solidified into anything yet (he's far from a finished product) Unless you meant his ceiling potential is as high as Cousins, highly doubt it, but we'll see.
Don't expect much from him at all. I honestly think Adrien is the better player but Greg Smith is a nice prospect. Maybe some people can help me message @NBA2kInsider about Greg Smith and maybe he'll be somewhat decent in the virtual world.
