    That's really all of Houston sports. We have got to have the most mild-mannered fans in the country. I always attributed it to the fact that this is a city of generally sensible, polite, productive people that just don't get too excited in any direction too much. But I've also always wondered if it's partially why we have such mild teams as well.

    Some teams take on the personality of their fanbase, particularly up in the Northeast (Boston, NY, Pittsburgh, etc.) I think the opposite is true in Houston. The fanbase takes on the personality of whatever team they're rooting for. The Hakeem-era fanbase was totally different than the Harden era fanbase is. We tend to care only as much as our teams care.
