    If you are Les, you place the mega-million franchise on Yao Ming's feet for the chinese money. Then, you tell the fans we are in it for a ring as you laugh to the bank and do it again the next year, as fans wonder why he doesn't get rid of Yao.

    If there is any confusion about the direction, that should be the last season when we knew that Yao would not play in the whole season. We hoped that Yao would be fully healthy again. In the same time there were plenty of opportunities for the team to develop our young players. This season, the direction is very clear when Yao was injured again. This season and the following seasons would be rebuilding process. It is a mission impossible to be elite even with a healthy yao back soon.
