    Oh man!!! I just read that menu and my brain is tingling. That's it, I'm getting some Ribeyes tonight. If I ever get up to Michigan gonna have to hit that place up. I'll settle for Taste of Texas in the meantime.

    I thought this thread was going to be about how important this season is for the Rockets with all the things on the steak
    Should the young nucleus stay together
    Is green the franchise player or so could that he carried the entire league?
    Is senguin going to be better than jokic this year?

    Why would you hope for that? The answer is "yes" obviously. But none of that is really at steak. This is better! Pull up a chair. :)

    Sous vide for 1 hour at 118. Quickly sear both sides. Finished with a little more salt.

    once every couple months, we order A5 Wagyu off of Holy Grail. A bit different but tasty.

    I’ll eat anything from medium-rare to blue. That’s my personal preference. No one can tell me I’m wrong for that.

    The same should go for anyone who wants to eat a well-done steak. Or wants to put ketchup or A-1 sauce on it. It’s the way they like it. They bought it, they get to decide how to cook and eat it. Trying to shame people for their personal preferences is a problem with YOU.

    You’ll see the same with car-shaming or beer-shaming. For example, I drink Bud Light. There are other beers that I like, some better than BL. But I know I can get BL pretty much anywhere I am. And I know how much I can drink. But people will try to shame me for not drink something dark, craft, IPA, etc. But nobody soda-shames. If I order a Dr. Pepper, nobody has any comment about how I should have ordered a Coke, Pepsi or Fanta.

    There are just some things that people feel entitled to belittle others about. Steaks are one of them. If a restaurant doesn’t want you eating a steak with ketchup or A-1, then don’t provide them. If they think that ordering a steak anything more than medium-rare is ruining it, then don’t offer that.

    Paint your house pink. Put a lift kit on your Ferrari. You bought it, do whatever you want with it.
