Honestly people, you want Chino_XS's design as an alternate? If it were an alternate I bet this is the only jersey we'd ever wear haha. I like his design because it incorporates the current logo, but it has the old authentic legit Rockets franchise look. Chino_XS, see if you can redesign the home and away jerseys with this similar style. I'd really like to see what you can do. Think about it: '72-'95 Jerseys (4 Finals appearances) '96-'03 Jerseys (1 Western Finals appearance) '04-'09 Jerseys (0 2nd-round appearances) It's time to start a new era. I wouldn't change our current jerseys if we win it all this year though. We all know what happened last time we did that.
I'm not jealous at all it's just that a good number people claimed it's the sickest jersey ever, and with good reason, it is sick i would definitely buy that jersey 100% I'm just saying it seems like he did a little fancier photoshop work than I did and slapped the little R on the front with a V neck to make it more modern, that's all Maybe it was just a coincidence. If so, it's great to know that we have such talented members on the BBS. Then again, maybe he was inspired by my reincarnation of the old jerseys and sought to add a touch of his own. In that case I'm glad I created a draft of the sickest jersey ever. Like I said I like it. I just know that I'll keep my ideas to myself next time.
i honestly believe our current jerseys have been a major issue and reason we are at where we have been the past....5-6 years?
I wish we could go back to the classic look even if we change the colors. If you look at all the recently successful teams they haven't really changed much. Celtics, Pistons, Lakers, Spurs. The '95 jerseys are classics, and our current one's feel like a fad....and a very bad one at that.
