Durant & Butler do not deserve it this year given all the circumstances, the latter production down and injuries so not enough games. Morant definitely shouldn't, especially over Fox. AD & PG I wouldn't pick, mainly because I think a team should get max 2 players and that only counts for winning teams. A dreadful team like the Lakers with Lebron still playing at a crazy high level just does not leave room for AD. No way a team out of the play-offs should get 2 players in an ASG. Clippers will have Harden and Kawhi, their 2 best players, and that's enough.
Sengün's media and players' voting is not ideal though...... 12 All Stars per Conference.... he barely makes it in......Coaches' turn.

This Voting has no impact on the 2nd All Star Voting. This actually shows how differently fans vote from players and media..... bc fans can be rallied. It only determines the Starters.....the Reserves will be voted in by the Coaches, those might look at this or they might not. Coaches might have their own favorite, or players on their teams.....take way too many Guards...
I don't recall saying it did have any impact. I literally just posted celebrating that Alpi was 5th in frontcourt voting and beat lots of big name stars. Try not to read stuff that isn't there, it's quite bizarre having somebody respond to something you didn't actually write.
Well, what makes you feel I am intending it only for you? I only used your comment to tell others of the voting process.....do not read too much into everything yourself. Well, I apologize if I confused you because not every reply is meant to serve as a satisfactory 1 to 1response..... not everyone has the gift to exactly respond to the other's intentions. And I am saying that what you feel is not everything, Alpe's 5th place is because of the fans but now fans' voting has been weakened. The NBA tries to weaken it with voting by coaches and media.....
General comments are usually written without quoting somebody first. Generally you quote somebody if you're replying to them, hence it being accessed by clicking a button that says "reply," funny that. Not really my fault if you don't understand how forums work, they've been around for decades.
Dude, probably but I still do not get why you are mad because I replied to you..... It is not something private ......you can just treat it as a dud. It is not like you are losing a limb or so. There is no consequence of sorts if it is not meant to harm you. You are celebrating something, I am not celebrating........you are overly aggressive for no reason.
A TrustMeBroTM source, which I actually trust for reasons, has told me coaches take like total of 5 minutes to select reserves. So it sounds semi-random. I’ll take the recognition around the league as a success. Maybe we get more nationally broadcasted games next season which will help next ASG and All-NBA campaign. We are on the good side of feedback loop
