I remember someone brought up the idea over the summer, but I'd love to see a "this is sportscenter" commercial with Morey trading like a bag of carrots or something from his lunch and keep trading stuff until he has something awesome.

Agreed. This is a well calculated, low risk-high reward move. The team had time to see PatPat and Mook were what they were. Neither guy took that step Morey has said he needed someon to take. So Morey cleared room for DMo and TJones while brining in a guy who still has the potential to take that step. This is a good bet all around.

Now we just have to see if he actually cracks the rotation or finished the season as DL all star.

Yes true, Lin did get away from the Rockets. I remember the boards well around that time.

He has been dissing Harden since the season started. Anytime Harden had a bad game, he would say "how about that James Harden". He is looking so foolish right now, worse than he did then.

I'll be very surprised if he cracks the rotation or we get to see him at all this year.

I mean I guess if the Rockets are really really high on him after seeing him then maybe he does though. I mean we always wonder if the Rockets would just throw a rookie out there if he's a top 5 guy...well here that guy is.

Although Robinson has struggled, also it would be bad to throw him out there ahead of Jones who worked all year without at least having Robinson prove it a bit.

So Parsons is the longest tenured active player on the Rocket's roster. Still can't believe the Rocket's roster has almost completed turned over in less than a year. That and the fact the roster keeps getting younger too. Crazy.

Sad to see TD leave, he is the only one in Rockets team who saw the whole Linsanity happen live. Hope he play well in Kings.

Robinson will definitely get plenty of time, and it wouldn't surprise me at all to see him start. It's not like we were getting THAT much production from 2Pat or Mook anyway. And at this point, Robinson already has 10 times the NBA experience of either Jones or D-Mo (also both rookies).

Perhaps his goal is not to look smart but to get popular, discussed, talked about , read and listened to...

not that it matters much in this case... but come on, Blake Griffin is very skilled and has a ton of basketball talent.
