Some good options here ... I choose: Yao Scola Tmac Franchise Chuck Wagon Last choice is questionable ... But he played in HOU longer than most others on the list. Hard not choosing guys like Shane, AB, Cat, & Rafer, but even harder to not choose chuck.
The reason the Rockets were even relevant in the decade was Tracy McGrady and Yao Ming. my team. Steve Francis Tracy McGrady Shane Battier Luis Scola Yao Ming Battier and Scola are border line for me, along with Chuck, and Cat.
Yao got us out of the first round. Artest helped almost get us out of the 2nd. I am guessing you had to have been here 3 seasons to qualify. I do agree tho, Landry/Artest should at least be on the ballot. While they were here for a short period of time, they were big parts of the most relevant team we had in the decade.

He killed in Orlando when he was traded there, until they traded Cuttino for freaking Doug Christie...
I found the opposite to be true. Steve should have been MORE selfish. He would spend the first 3 quarters of the game trying to get everyone else involved, specifically Mo Taylor and Cuttino Mobley. After he used his teammates to their full extent, he would take over and drop 20 in the 4th quarter. It is AMAZING that he carried those teams to near .500 records. AMAZING...
Funny how I remember: dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble dribble (bad pass or shot clock violation). Everytime I hear the name Steve Francis (or Moochie Norris), a shot clock buzzer goes off in my head.
