portland didnt have dream. if glyde went to the hole, you know who'd be waiting for him. max was a good defender, but you're so much better when you have dream protecting the paint. by all means, max didnt do it single handed.

rockets 95 was on fire during the playoffs and they were the 1st team to beat four 50+ win teams (spurs, suns, jazz, and majic) an incredible run considering their 6th seed. the 95 dream made history when he killed the mvp admiral and swept Shaqs team.

the 1994 team couldnt win a championship in the 1995 season. if we kept thorpe and let mad max go nuts, we wouldn't have won the championship. the teams were more competitive record wise, yet the rockets manange to step it up and win it all....

95 couldnt be without 94 but the edge goes to 95.

1st championship team bolted out the gate with 15 consecutive wins. if you didn't have your aspirations heightened your Rocket heart is beyond a jumpstart.

second championship team? limped into the playoffs, performed beyond expectations. the team that played every series w/o home court advantage g/jelled serendipitously with miraculous efficiency. imo, no contest 'tween the two. Maxwell abandoned ship, we changed course totally, yet pulled it together for ultimate success.

    no contest, Rockets 1995.
