That is what happens when you have a pg playing pg and not a sg looking for his shot 70 percent of the time. Dont get offended. Not a knock on Harden but it pisses me off. We can be so much better.

You mean this is what it is like when Harden can rest to open the 4th quarter and we have a PG to help run the show. This 15-1 run occurred when Harden was resting.

Eh, what did Posey ever accomplish in the....oh wait. Morey better resign Brewer and Smith. I'd much rather retain the great bench we have right now than let them go so we can maintain "flexibility" for a 3rd star who may never wind up coming here.

    BTW, love the username.

So when was the last time we had a 15-1 run against a caliber team like the Clippers? Pablo Prigioni...glad we got this guy. Amazing to see what it looks like to have a decent point guard on the roster

Brewer is almost everything you want in a bb player: a talented, tall and athletic guy who gives 100% all the time. Morey must find a way to retain him for at least one year if not more. Our bench will survive without Smith, but it will die without Brewer.

Clutch the bench play led by Brewer's energy was magnificent. Dmo's and Jones play on both end were huge as well. I'm glad went with Jones again instead of Dorsey in the starting lineup. Smart move on Coach McHale's behalf.

I didn't like what happened afterwards. McHale took out the bench and we nearly coughed up the lead. He should have stuck with them a bit longer, but perhaps he was making moves to match up with the Clipper's better, don't know.

It's a player option. The Rockets don't get any benefit from it -- the player controls it. If he played poorly, he would pick it up. If he played well, he wouldn't. It's a winning game for the player, losing game for the team. The Rockets needed to have control of their own flexibility when they feel they're still missing a big piece.

Those two would be marginalized on the Rockets and have to make a lot of sacrifices on O. While it would have been nice to get a top class PG, Prigs will serve admirably, especially consider how dirt cheap it was for us to get him.

    Pablo Diablo!

A 'devil' of a game. Glad to see some efficient PG play.
Smart, crisp passes and assists. Makes others around him better.

Hope to see more of him in coming games.
Take your time Bev, take your time.....

Imagine if Lowry would have resigned with Toronto anyway or Bledsoe got matched.

I still can't help thinking why Morey can't bring us a legit PG. SAD.

Do you really believe that? McHale has shown he will stick with hot hands no matter the situation

Not trying to derail, but I would have liked to at least see us offer Lowry a contract and not ask him to wait in hindsight.

I don't disagree. Hindsight is hindsight, and not worth paying much attention to, though.

we don't win this game with dwight howard.

with dwight howard, we would be force feeding him post ups with stagnant offense and NO ball movement.

are we better without dwight howard?!
