Nah, I wasn't reacting or overreacting to anything,. She accused somebody of turning the thread negative, when it was actually her who was responsible for that. I was simply pointing that out.
I've been avoiding posting in this thread because it really just needs to go away. But here's my summary of what's going on here: What I said was absolutely just a self deprecating commentary on Rocketgirl unfriending me on Facebook. From her response, it sounds like someone else from ClutchFans recommended she do so, and my interpretation of that event was coming more from a place of "it's weird to be Facebook friends with someone you haven't met, especially if he's 16 years older than you and a man" rather than "DarkHorse is a bad guy, you should watch out for him" There are probably less than 20 people on the site who have ever met me before, and most of those people met me in the late 90's or early 2000's and aren't even active posters anymore. Honestly, then and now, I was more amused than offended or "hurt" by the experience. In this world of internet tough guys and creepers, it's completely understandable. As for the rest of this thread, if your goal is to "not appear pathetic to women", trolling on the Internet is not a successful path towards achieving your goals.
I think I once followed her on Twitter. Should I be scared of the white knights? Will she think I'm a creeper? Will she block me on Twitter?
You know what? I know the biggest white knight. He used to be a rowdy and then one day about two months ago, I saw him in downtown doing promo work. I thanked him for his stuff, and kept walking to my destination.
I read the thread and still have no idea wtf is meant to have transpired. I will take my ignorance and leave LOL
I once wondered a little too far into CF darkness and found myself at the gates of D&D. Then a white knight came out of nowhere and pulled me away. Saved me tons of grief. Thank you white knight, wherever you may be.
