Damn Yetti, chill. Are you from China? I'll agree that it isn't the most eloquent way to put things, but saying a girl "has a fine azz" is about equivalent to saying "hey gorgeous". Now the way Sura plays these women is a little degrading to women, but I'm not gonna hold it against him .
well maybe you can go home and cry to mommy about it why is it degrading?...i think it's a compliment. like h-town said, if i said they were "hot", or "very pretty" or whatever, it essentially means the same thing this overly PC era world sickens me. Man up a little people.
i see bob sura almost everyday where he lives.....my cousin owns a construction company and they do remodeling in the building where he lives. he's always swimming, going bike riding, basically keeping in shape.....and btw he has kids.....which means he has a wife, so unless he's cheating on his wife, or pulling an a-rod with some other girl in another town, i don't think he is doing anything
sura ain't married...never has been. sura ain'tg got kids either. you don't know much for someone that sees him all of the time.
Yes...you're right...next time, instead of telling my girlfriend (after she spends forever long getting dressed) "you look beautiful honey," I'll say "you have a fine piece of tail, no honey...no...tail means ass...no your ass...yes I was talking about your a...sorry...bottom...butt? you look beautiful???" It's not overly PC or sensitive..that's just being polite and beyond that, decent. Real men act like gentlemen, real men in this country are lost. Once upon a time there were real men in our culture. In Music we had men like Lewis Armstrong and Johnny Cash. In movies we had John Wayne, Errol Flynn, and Humphrey Bogart. In Television we had, Archie Bunker, Mr. Brady, and Herman Munster. In advertisement we had Mr. Clean, the Jolly Green Giant, and Mr. Brawny. The fema-nazis have been eating away at real men in popular culture for years. Ricci Ricardo was replaced by Homer Simpson, Frank Sinatra was replaced by My Chemical Romance or Boy George, and finally the real Brawny Man with his glorious mustache and quasi mullet has been replaced by a sheered and waxed metro-sexual, usurping, tool of a man. Real men are gentlemen around their lady and they treat women like women, not fine pieces of tail, whatever the f*** thats suppose to mean towards women.
Holy hell, if you're gonna get on your soapbox, do it in the Hangout....I don't think anybody was trying to start a flamewar when they said "fine piece of azz..." I agree that it's not the most eloquent way of saying attractive girl, but at the same time it's not even close to the worst. And if you don't think girls talk about guys in the same manner, then you're either ignorant, or blind. As for the topic at hand, I've seen Sura at a handful of clubs around Houston, and it does seem like he has a different girl with him everytime. The dude's a mack, plain and simple. I wouldn't mind seeing him get moved for a solid third scorer, however.
How would Houston's 'night scene' thrive without Bobby Sura in town? It just doesn't make economic sense. Heck, we're still feeling the impact of Ewing's departure...
First, this is about Sura being a certified pimp. And focus will stay on that ...When you're watching the basketball game, & your sister/female relative/significant other walks by glancing at the screen and says "Who's that #15?" After you answer, they say something like "Wow nice arms, what a hottie! " ..They've just degraded the meaning of sport entirely, and made it be organized eye candy. Against all men have worked for... And third, Bobby Sura is a true PLAYA
When I attented Tracy's charity softball game a couple years ago, Bob Sura was in left field, and there were a few ladies hanging on the fence calling out and just going ape $hit to Bob during the game. He goes over, pulls off one pair of shorts that he was wearing (he had a few on), and throws it to the ladies and of course they all try to make off with it. Crazy. .....btw, I'll say that I am one of the few gentlemen left, and don't tend to view women as pieces to be used..... .....and I agree that the common man, especially the white man, is made to look like a blooming idiot on TV now.. Just think of the various shows that have the man as a stupid idiot, and his woman right beside him as the brains of the household...chew on that.
Dumb question, but why are we still paying Sura? Doesn't the NBA have some type of insurance for injuries similar to what the Astros where trying to do with Bagwell? I can't belive you have to pay a player that is physically unable to perform his job! Please give me some input on this.
