I love this game. I can't wait. I just wish they would make a free mode, where your band can put together its own beats and songs.
Guitar Hero 4 will have drums and vocals and a mode to create your own songs. The drums look better than the RB1 drums and are pressure sensitive.
They Say By Scars on Broadway is suppose to be in it. Two guys that are in System of a Down is in this band. Not really bad sounding either.
http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/885/885168p3.html IGN: We'd love to have a solo mode so people can just mess around with drums or guitar. Any hope on that front? Teasdale: We have several new modes that not only provide new ways for you to experience your music library, but also new ways for you to transition from Expert to real instruments.

I can't put into words how ****ing stoked I am to be able to play Dream Theater's Panic Attack and Metallica's Battery. Those songs thrash so ****ing hard I'm going to go crazy playing them. Oh yeah, and if any of you thought you were going to be able to finish off the Expert mode on drums for RB2...Judas Priest's Painkiller will be in there. Yeah, your arms are going to fall off on that one.
Rockband just announced today they will be releasing a new Guns N Roses song called "Shacklers Revenge" in September. More than likely its the 1st single to an album never coming out.
They have "Bodhisattva" by Steely Dan on there, and that's quite a tough song to play. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n3kk_aqES9M
Excited to hear some new Guns N' Roses. Hope it is a precursor to Chinese Democracy finally reaching store shelves.
For the most part, that is an awesome song list. And yes, "Livin' On A Prayer" is a definite get drunk and belt it out song. As a guy who doesn't even try the drums and sticks to guitar and vocals, I like it.
Another strat but this time in Brazilian sunburst? I was hoping for something more extreme like a Dean ML RockBand controller OR PanterA fans know what I'm talking about!!
The amount of money I would pay for a "Rock Band: Steely Dan" game is off the chart. They need "Aja" -- the whole album.
