Quite a claim....I'm sure it's news to Mueller that his entire investigation was unnecessary. Perhaps you should let him know?

No it’s not really. It’s actually quite obvious. Don’t take my libtard word for it though.

You might be able to spin it enough to make some think there could be a case there, like maybe those predisposed to believing such things based on ideology rather than the facts of the case, but it would be super flimsy and nowhere near impeachable. You had a LOT more on Clinton....either of them.

At least you guys are going in the right direction though, perhaps one of these days we'll see solid evidence of an actual crime that would be impeachable. We'll see.

It’s so blatantly obvious that there is this game of delaying to call facts facts by continuing to question and ask for more and more evidence to create doubt.

You have someone who constantly says “I need more evidence” just to delay the consensus outcome of what is or isn’t a fact because the fair and objective care about being as thorough as possible.

The right has been trained in this tradecraft for a long time to try and take advantage of the truthful diligent by constantly moving the goal posts and demanding more and more evidence because they are trying to create doubt.

Trump is a criminal and unfit to be president. There should be nobody that be successful in manipulating those around them to doubt what they can see with their own eyes because they are taking advantage of the other persons desire to be as thorough as possible.

Any objective human being not manipulated by right wing propaganda tactics would see this blatantly at first glance of the key pieces of evidence presented at any point in this long running instance.

Still.... allowing law enforcement to finish investigation to present ALL the facts in any case matters.

Mueller must be allowed to finish and Congress needs to be allowed to investigate on its own and report its consensus.

Yes Trump is a criminal and should not be allowed to serve but we need all the facts in order to make final judgements.

What you presented wasn't actually evidence of any crime if that was all you have to go on. That's why I said, "you need more evidence". The fact that some of you guys have been calling the president a criminal since before he was in office isn't evidence that it's true. If you believe that his tweet violated the law, explain why you think so. Point out EXACTLY what part of the tweet you believe to be evidence of committing a crime.

You guys got in trouble trying to assume guilt without evidence when it came to Kavanaugh so I would hope you'd learn your lesson and realize that you shoot yourself in the foot when you don't have sufficient (or any) evidence supporting your allegations

The best analogy here is seeing a foul and hearing the whistle from the ref.

It would be one thing to see a swipe at the basketball in a drive to the basket, and calling that a foul.

The Trump case is not seeing a simple swipe at the ball that might have caught a forearm. This is a mid-court tackle.

Trump is guilty. Yes.... it’s important to hear the whistle and get the official ruling from the ref, but when it’s obvious it’s more than okay to call a spade a spade, a foul a foul, and a crime a crime.

I take this as "No, I cannot explain exactly why I think the tweet violated the law, I just want to believe" and I can accept that.

From Axios...for those who can't or won't connect the dots.

Mueller's breadcrumbs suggest he has the goods
Everyone's waiting for the "Mueller Report." But it turns out that special counsel Robert Mueller is writing a "report" in real time, before our eyes, through his cinematic indictments and plea agreements.

The big picture: One of the least-noticed elements of the special counsel's approach is that all along, he has been making his case bit by bit, in public, since his very first court filing. With his major court filings so far, Mueller has already written more than 290 pages of the "Mueller Report." And there are still lots of loose ends in those documents — breadcrumbs Mueller is apparently leaving for later.

Perhaps the best example is Mueller's oddly specific reference to the Russian hackers targeting Hillary Clinton "for the first time" after candidate Trump's still-unexplained "Russia, if you're listening" comment on July 27, 2016.
    • Trump said: "I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 [Clinton] emails that are missing. I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press." (He also said: "I have nothing to do with Russia.")
    • A Mueller indictment in July said that the next day, "the Conspirators ... attempted after hours to spear-phish for the first time email accounts at a domain hosted by a third-party provider and used by Clinton’s personal office."
    • That shows Mueller has access to much more intelligence than is publicly known. Remember, these are Russian government employees. So Mueller has remarkable and thus far unexplained visibility.
By making such detailed filings, Mueller is actually increasing his burden of proof — suggesting a supreme confidence that he has the goods.
    • And by making so much public as he goes along, Mueller is also insuring against his probe being shut down or otherwise curtailed by the White House.
Some of his deeply detailed filings raise questions that suggest more is coming:
    • In a February indictment of officials of the Russian troll factory, he announced that three Internet Research Agency employees traveled to the U.S. in 2014. He indicted two of them, but left unindicted someone from the IRA who evidently traveled to Atlanta as part of the operation for four days in 2014.
    • Mueller makes clear in the indictment that he knows the precise IRA official to whom this unnamed male traveler filed his Atlanta expenses after the trip.
    • The information could have come from U.S. intelligence or another country. But Mueller leaves the impression he may have a cooperator inside the troll factory.
    Other hints at coming attractions:
    • Mueller said in last week's Michael Cohen plea agreement that a "Moscow Project" meeting about a Trump-branded building in Russia was called off, by Cohen, on the same day that the DNC hack became public.
    • Based on a court filing last week, Mueller apparently hopes to quickly issue a "report" on Manafort’s activities to the court.
Be smart: If it’s anything like every other document Mueller has filed thus far, it'll be more informed, more knowledgeable, and more detailed than we can imagine.

Sentencing memos drop this week which will give us a preview of the Mueller report.

Might be a few more bombshells today.

Special counsel Robert Mueller filed a sentencing memo in his criminal case against retired Lt. General Michael Flynn, the former national security advisor to President Donald Trump.
    • much of the document is redacted, but it
      • refers to the 17 meetings w Flynn (as a point of reference, M Cohen had 9 meetings),
      • refers to individuals in the Trump campaign and the transition team and
      • recommends, because of Flynn's cooperation, a "zero" incarceration for him

one can infer that Flynn had been a productive witness; over the past 18 mo, he probably met w team Mueller for > 100 hours

I guess Mueller saw his way clear and went easy on General Flynn. Trump should be happy!

    Due too "substantial cooperation"

Keep in mind Flynn is guilty of attempted kidnapping. No time is pretty bad news for whomever he is ratting on.
