    It appears Cohen is a slimy type that liked to hold what he thought as incriminating stuff on people. Would share the tapes with people, including with trump. Appears that now has backfired on him (and trump).

    This is all Mueller let people know about right now. btw, Obstruction is likely to be one of many sets of charges. Betting that financial charges will also come (fraud, money laundering, emoluments to name three). Criminal conspiracy is another possibility (which may include the "collusion" charges).

    Cohen certainly does not appear to be a very bright legal mind.

    So much this. I don't think I've ever heard anything related to Cohen where I find myself saying, 'that was pretty clever!' It's just face palm after face palm. Even with Donald Trump, I will sometimes find myself giving credit for shrewd things he does.
