We let Woods out of his contract to play over seas. I'm all for Horry coming back as a coach!

It's Big Shot Rob. He specifically asked everyone to never call him Bob.

P.J. Brown and even Sam Cassell helped out the Celtics in the playoffs. Old people are useful too.

I'd gladly take Bob back for the veteran's minimum. He could be stashed on the IR for large chunks of the season, but we could activate him when we need some extra big men due to injuries. Besides, I cannot think of anyone on our current roster who I would want to take a big playoff 3 more than Bob.

He's got karma, and he is first and foremost always a Rocket as well as my all-time favorite player (my wife's too). I would be thrilled to have him back.

That's exactly what I was thinking. He'd be great as a secret weapon. Eventually we will have injuries and then we can activate him and he can be our stud secret weapon.

Looks like Horry is done in San Antonio. Does anyone else out there wish there was some way we could just get him to be the last guy on the bench so we could use him in the playoffs? I realize he is pretty much useless at this point, but its Robert Horry...I'd love to have him and sammy cassell sittin on the end of the bench just for nostalgias sake.
