oh yes. Cause scoring 71 is easy if you've got some gimmick title to win...

it was, but I don't think Dwight can do that. If you notice, there were plenty of jumpers.

The most Dwight has ever scored was 45.

Can't even compare Dwight to the Dream. Dwight would have a hard time with Yao if he was still playing.

Not sure why this is news....

Dwight Howard couldn't hang with a SUPER slow Yao. lol

Of COURSE rabbit quick Hakeem would tear him a new one.

This is not news. Anyone that knows anything about hoops knows Hakeem is on another level than Dwight Howard. Howard is a poor man's Shaq and we all know how Shaq vs. Hakeem ended up.

the simple fact that Dwight is a terrible FT shooter and no fade away shot, that's a lot.

But if we talk one on one bastketball, I'd pick Dwight over Yao, and Hakeem against either one. I think Hakeem would beat any center one on one.

In the 1985-1986 season, Kareem averaged 23+ points per game. Overall in the playoffs that season, 25+. Against Houston, 27.

    Akeem, 23+, 26+, Against LA, 33.

    A couple of points here:

    1. Kareem was still a good player at age 37 and his playoff averages against Akeem (points and rebounding) were better than his regular season averages.

    2. Akeem doesn't need his head to head match ups against Kareem to prop him up. He stands well enough on his own. Statistically, Akeem did not thoroughly dominate Kareem, however, watching the games, it was clear that Kareem was not a match for him.

Ensign Howard has got nothing on the Admiral, young or not.
