John Burkett was top 5 in the NL in ERA last year, Dustin Hermanson is a solid mid rotation starter, Derek Lowe should pitch very well now that he is not in a pressure situation, and Frank Castillo is one of the most underrated pitchers in the league.

Nomar, how healthy is Pedro? I just drafted him in the fantasy draft.

The only people who are going to enjoy this season are people in New York. I've been a baseball fan for 18 years, and I'm not even looking forward to this season. Baseball is a joke. I can't understand Ruben Rivera, all the talent in the world, making a million dollars with a chance to double or triple that, probably even more then that, and he steals a bat for a quick $2500? I don't undertand that at all.
