    He flew the plane into a canyon and crashed into the side of the wall when he realized he was in the wrong canyon and was unable to climb out of it in time. Not the aircrafts fault. He planned to fly into a different canyon instead of the one he ended up crashing in.

    I think the problem seems to be that the plane seems like it can do all these amazing things so people just try stupid ****... like why the hell would anybody fly a plane into any canyon?

    So I think the blame can be put on both the plane company for marketing it like it is some type of toy. And also the pilots for not being smart enough to think twice.

    Its ultimately the pilots choice what he does with the aircraft. Its not the manufacturer who licenses and trains the pilots.
