id like to point out that this thread was started by the same duder who just started a thread about how much he likes the theme song from an officer and a gentleman. the odd thing is that as someone who seems to be into music and was in his 20's back in the grunge heyday he should be aware of mark lanegan. you definitely have heard his music. and he was hugely influential on pearl jam, nirvana and countless other bands. listen to 'the winding sheet' from 1990. you can clearly hear in the influence on nirvana and even alice in chains acoustic stuff. heres eddie from last night... https://www.rollingstone.com/music/...mark-lanegan-seattle-concert-tribute-1311481/ Eddie Vedder Honors ‘One of a Kind Singer’ Mark Lanegan at Seattle Concert

I was listening to Lithium on SiriusXM today…..because……we’ll….that’s what I listen to 80% of the time. In a way, that’s kind of strange because at my age, I should be listening to something “older.” Anyhoo….they were doing a tribute to some guy nobody has ever hear of. It was kinda cool. https://www.washingtonpost.com/obituaries/2022/02/23/screaming-trees-mark-lanegan-dead/
