You got to learn to walk before you can run.

I hope he's a donor. I feel sorry for any one getting his ankles though.

I thought he just slipped, that counted as an ankle breaker as well?

Even AI isn't a Rocket, but what a cross-over. Simply sick.

Quincy Miller is like really tall..this is not a big deal. Gosh black people exaggerate the cross over. If somebody trips on the side walk do they put their hand over their mouths and make exasperating noises?

That's not racist, the "ankle break" is very much black culture. No European's are in oar of this

No, it is American basketball culture.

In the clip there are some well-to-do caucasians standing up from their courtside seats happily celebrating the ankle breaker probably more than anyone. Not to say that blacks don't overhype it. But crossovers now are considered as much sign of owning the opposing defense similar to a poster dunk. Which is a good thing, it actually emphasizes a core fundamental of the game in ballhandling. And its more entertainment value, in a sport thats becoming more about running side to side and jacking up threes without much strategy. Not to mention the flopping and looking for calls instead of playing a possession

I thought you actually had to score for it to be considered impressive.

uhh, nice cross-over and all, but it was a total carry. I know it's not called very often in the NBA these days, but you can't turn your palm 90 degrees to the floor with the ball in it. He clearly did.

The not scoring really ruins it for me. Still pretty sick but can't be a RIP without the score, in my opinion anyway.
