In one of my top 5 movies of all-time (The Sting) and top 20 (Butch Cassidy). My mom loved him so I became a huge fan as well. He'll be missed.
Started my Paul Newman Memorial Film Festival last night with the George Roy Hill classic, "The Sting." I can't believe I had never seen it before, it is truely a masterpiece. The card game scene is vintage Newman. A flawless flick, 5 of 5 stars. I consider Cool Hand Luke one of my top 3 favorite movies ever, and this one gives it a run for its money. Next up: "The Hustler" (another one I haven't seen).
