My freshman year at UT, he came to speak about his Jewish photography book. Some douche lined up to ask him why he hadn't to that point mentioned Star Trek. I wanted to Vulcan dick punch him, but understood his perspective.

    Star Trek >>> Star Wars

Mankind's potential vs magic power laser swords? Star Trek is for grownups.

He lived long and he prospered. He made the world a more enjoyable place for a lot of us while he was alive. RIP. LLAP!

Think of it as Gangnam Style. It's not meant to make sense.

He did the voiceover for the opening of the game Civilization V, and for the quotes of all discoveries/tech. Basically him reading some of the most famous quotes throughout history... he was perfect for it.

    Another classic Nimoy 60's moment.

Just think that everyone in that episode is either dead or no younger than their late 60's..

Anybody remember him from the old "In Search Of..." series? Sci-fi lost a great.

Oh definitely. I LOVED that show, but it was super cheesy.
