Not always a fan of the comedy genre of making fun of people, but Joan did it so perfectly and so much of it was on the spot, quick wit that I had so much respect for.

She was the Fashion Police show. I don't think I could watch that show without her humor. Haven't watched it in months, but I remember being shocked when I found out she was in her 80s, not because of the cosmetic surgeries, but the fact that she hadn't lost the quick wit and sharp tongue. She was still soo funny and full of life.

    She'll be missed

My sentiments exactly. E network would be nothing without her.

Carson could have bailed early ('84-ish), let her have the gig and make history in the process; but going to Fox anytime before 1994 was a horrid idea.

I thought the show was trashy. I think it's the Betty White syndrome, but she did pull the show up in my opinion.

I don't think there was pressure anywhere for Carson to leave. The extra years were a gift...

According to the NYC Medical Examiner, Rivers was sedated with propofol before she died of low blood oxygen during a procedure to treat voice changes and acid reflux.

The manner of death is therapeutic complication. That classification means her death resulted from a predictable complication from medical therapy.

Just re-watched an episode of 'Louie' with her in it and man is she sorely missed.

The world got a lot less funny the day she passed.

Rest in Power to the Queen of No ****s
