Carradine, who became famous in the 1970s when he starred in the television series "Kung Fu," was 72. Modern audiences may best know him as "Bill" in Quentin Tarantino's "Kill Bill" films.
Really sad news, was able to meet him before the first killbill came out and he was doing press in the area. Great story teller. RIP
A guy at work said some officials are ruling this a suicide. Most of us Mexicans will remember him as "el del Kung Fu", not "David Carradine". Q.E.P.D. el del Kung Fu.
creepy.......... http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,525069,00.html Binder told FOXNews.com Thursday that the cause of death is "under investigation." While there have been conflicting reports as to the nature of Carradine's death, That newspaper The Nation is claiming that an unidentified Thai police source said the actor was found hung in his hotel room from curtain rope in an apparent suicide. The Nation also reports that the hotel maid discovered Carradine's half naked body in a closet Thursday morning and that there were no signs of a struggle or assault.
Must be that voodoo witch magic that got to him... I've heard stories about what goes on in Bangkok...
RIP I can't believe he'd hang himself, but I guess I said the same thing about Michael Hutchence and then it turned out it was possibly autoerotic asphyxiation.
Never saw Kill Bill or Kung Fu. I knew him mainly from Wild West Tech. Came across as the complete opposite of someone who would contemplate suicide on that show.
