Do you have the finances to get an attorney? Unfortunately she is married to an attorney that will attempt to financially drain you. You need a decree from the court to get what you want.

Roc, sorry you're going through what you're going through. I've been through some custody battles and anyone here that wants to make light of your comments or situation can go **** themselves. The trolls in this thread are unbelievable. I'm disgusted by some of the posts on here.
