I think most people would be healthy, if this was readily possible. You can buy some things already made to make it easier, but not cheaper...you can cook instead to make things cheaper, but not easier. If it's cheap and easy it's probably not healthy.

Buy frozen tilapia and cook it in the oven on tin foil. Season with lemon pepper.

Nutribullet. Read about it. I make all kinds of things with it and love my smoothies everyday. So much better than eating the crap I was, my energy is non stop and my acid reflux = gone. So is mah lil' beer belly.

This is right. I have a protein shake loaded with fruits and veggies/water in the morning for breakfast and when i don't have business lunches, i'll do a protein shake loaded with fruits/veggies/milk in the afternoon for lunch. has totally cleaned up my diet in the last 1+ years.

Take fish oils to balance out the low omega 3.

Great for you with some greens.

Any frozen foods, especially meats, are going to be chock full of badness. Make you own fresh, it's easy.

Straight from Alvin, TX to HEB to you.

Also, for your Costco runs, invest in a vacuum sealer, it will pay for itself:

I freeze meat (steaks/chicken/porkchops/venison/sausage/fish/whatever) into single/double serving portions, in bulk you can do veggies (roasted tomatoes/sauce, corn, okra, peas, squash, etc...), it's great for soup/chili also.

Any farm raised seafood is a bad idea, especially shrimp/salmon/tilapia/catfish/anything raised in Asia.

Cooking in foil adds to the aluminum concentration of the food, I wouldn't do it.
