Hey guys, i was wondering what type of meals you guys know how to make for someone who is lazy to wash dishes... just being real here.

I was thinking microwaved oatmeal and dried fruit in it.

Then for dinner, no carbs so, tuna and spinach and i dont know what else to put in there.

I know tuna has mercury in it, but which one would you guys get that is healthy and has minimal mercury?

    Also, alternatives to tuna?

I'd just buy grilled salmon and grilled chicken breasts at the store if I were you. I'd also get frozen brown rice and some frozen veggies. Also, a lemon to squeeze on top.

On the Tuna, Sardines are good with a little red wine vinegar and avocado. I still wouldn't eat Tuna 24/7, you'll get tired of it. I'd look at roast beef too, not the deli slices, but actual roast beef. Central Market and Whole Foods have nice chunks of beef and turkey.

Best solution, get a dishwasher and make your own food.

The one thing about tuna is that it's usually loaded with sodium. Look for low sodium options and even then consider rinsing it with water. If you're not worried about your sodium intake then disregard.

I don't know how healthy canned tuna and microwaved oatmeal is.

I find canned tuna especially gross, if you eat fish, eat it fresh, fish that's sitting in a can for years? Gross!

Go for fresh fruits and veggies, prewashed salad bags are really easy and quick to prepare. 2$ bag from heb, 2 dollar dressing that will last about 2-3 bags is a good quick meal.

    Takes minimal effort
    1. Go to Costco
    2. Buy Salmon in bulk
    3. Bake with a little olive oil/lime/ground black pepper
    5. Steam, cook, whatever any vegetables

Person 1: "That boy eat tuna every night for dinner? That boy crazy. Look at his skin. It be glowing cause of all the Mercury."

Person 2: "Bah...Mercury never killed nobody. It only deforms babies if pregnant women eat too much of it. During the gold rush, miners used to use Mercury to separate the gold from the rocks and sand during cleanup. Those miners are still alive!"

Person 1: "You crazy. You trippin!"

Person 2: "You don't knows nothin'."

People sleep on the lowly old sardine.

But I love some canned Sardines in Louisiana Hot Sauce. If they didn't stink to high hell I'd keep a few cans on deck at the office for when I can't break away for lunch.
